Grove City Athletic Boosters 2026 Scholarship Application

 The Grove City High School Athletic Boosters will award up to ten $500.00 scholarships to graduating Grove City High School Senior athletes who plan to attend a college, community college, trade or technical school as full-time students in the fall 2026.

The scholarship is intended to reward athletes for their participation in Grove City High School sports and support of the GC Athletic Boosters. A student-athlete’s other scholarships, if any, will not impact or influence the decision to award a GC Athletic Boosters' scholarship. If chosen to receive a scholarship, you must show proof of acceptance and registration with a recognized college, university or trade school before a scholarship payment is made.   

 1. Parents/guardians must be active members of the Grove City Athletic Boosters for at least one year, including the year the scholarship is awarded. Membership for this year must have been received by the Boosters prior to March 1, 2026. Membership in multiple years is preferred.

2. Student-athletes must have participated in one or more of the 20 Varsity sports offered at Grove City HS and must be members of at least one Varsity sports team during their senior year of school. 

3. Student-athletes must have a cumulative (non‐weighted) GPA of 2.75 or higher to be eligible for a scholarship. A copy of their current academic transcript must be included with the scholarship application (unofficial is fine).

4. Student-athletes OR parents/guardians must have volunteered for least 6 hours for the GC Athletic Boosters during the 2024-2025 or 2025-2026 school year.

5. Student-athletes must be United States citizens.

6.  Student-Athletes must complete and submit the online application prior to March 13, 2026 at 5:00pm.

7.  All submitted applications should include the following attachments:

       - A copy of the student-athlete's current academic transcript

      - An essay as described in the application
